  12. i-love-you-until-the-end said: I have a phobia of needles and blood. I pass out at the site of either of those things because of panic attacks causing my blood pressure to skyrocket then quickly hit rock bottom. It got exponentially worse when I tried exposure therapy. I think learning about your fears and how to respond to them is good, but the anxiety will always be around especially if it’s a phobia.
